A group of North Korean defectors launched balloons carrying anti-North Korea leaflets early Thursday morning. Park Sang-hak, the leader of the group, said they launched the balloons from Pocheon, approximately 25 kilometers south of the border. Park said the balloons also carried USB sticks containing South Korean music.
